Template Editor Failed to Save Required Settings for Prefilled Tables

Between Wednesday 26th March at 6:42 PM AEDT and Thursday 27th March at 8:13 PM AEDT, a backend issue affected the ability to apply the Required setting on Prefilled Table columns within templates.

As a result, some templates created or edited during this time may not have correctly saved these settings.

We've identified and resolved the root cause of this outage and implemented improvements to prevent recurrence.

We recommend reviewing any templates that were modified during this time to confirm the Required setting has been correctly applied to Prefilled Table columns. If any are missing, simply reselect the setting and save the template again.
